DS is 3.5yo and LOVES to ham it up to make DD laugh (she's 5 months). He'll dance, chatter like a monkey, put on ridiculous costumes. Anything and everything to get DD to laugh. She LOVES it, she smiles and laughs and could not be happier.

Every time we leave somewhere, D says, "ah-da-poe" but we have no clue what it means. DH thinks it might be some bastardized version of adios...any other suggestions? Lol

Gotta go?
Jack tells "jokes". He will say knock knock and when you ask who's there he will say something random like "mommy on the ceiling" and think it's the most hysterical thing ever.
Lately DD1 has been telling me, in an authoritative tone, things like, "You have a choice. You can get me a (mini) KitKat or a gummy snack. Which do you choose?" It's like a parenting boomerang to the face.
DD2 has started playing a game where she stands behind one of us and says part her name, meaning she wants us to look for her. So we say her name over and over and pretend we can't find her, and then she gets so excited when she's spotted. She barely moves the whole time which makes it funnier for me.
C sings Watch Me Whip, Watch Me Nae Nae. But her version is "Watch me please. Watch me Play Play!" And she does the dance. My goal in life is to get this on film.
Confession: I had never heard this song until a friend on fb posted the youtube video of the mom dancing to it with her daughter.
DD: George Washington killed Abraham Lincoln and the American's were very sad. Me: Do you know who is an American? DD: No. Me: Mommy! DD: You? Me: And Daddy... DD: Daddy??! ME: and YOU DD: WHAT!??!
As I'm making the bed, I hear DS muttering to himself "This a man" a few times. I turn around and ask
Me: "What's a man, buddy?" DS: *emphatically points to chest* "THIS a man Mommy! This a MAN!" Me: "Oh, ok. Could you hand me that pillow? Thanks, buddy" DS: "Mommy, no - you have to say thank you MAN to me"

DS pretended to be asleep on the couch when we told him it was time for a bath the other night. Squeezed his eyes shut, started snoring, and said, "Sleeping!"
He also pronounces "spoon" as "shoomp." Makes me chuckle every time.
