Mon- week 3 day 1 c25k Tue- pop pilates Wed- week 3 day 2 c25k Thu- rest (dental work, boo.) Fri- week 3 day 3 c25k Sat and sun will probably be rest days. We're doing the 3 day method so I'll be cleaning pee as my cardio, lol.
Monday: tennis Tuesday: cardio, weights Wednesday: cardio, weights, and possibly 30 mins of tennis (need to call and book a court) Thursday: cardio, weights, and Body Pump in the evening Friday: possibly barre, definitely tennis Saturday: spinning Sunday: possibly barre (most likely a day off)
M: rest (well, I volunteered at the consignment sale breakdown, so 15k steps and a ton of lifting) T: 3 mile run, hopefully a 20 minute swim W: 25 minute swim Th: 5 mile run F: Yoga Sa: hopefully a 10 mile run, depends on DH's schedule. Then a 30ish minute swim Su: either a 10 mile run (if it doesn't get done Saturday) or a 3-5 mile run
T - lift and tone in the morning plus piyo in the afternoon W - Zumba Th - piyo F - lift and tone S - pool, maybe I'll get some time inside too, tailgate negating any calories burned, college football
So our gym is running a promotion, every time you scan your card in during the month of September, you're entered to win $3,000 towards a Disney cruise. So I'm obviously going to go to that location as much as I can. I can help but think of MMMs!
