I drink Double Whey with a cup of unsweetened almond milk. On the weekends I add some ice (and sometimes some fruit) and blend it but otherwise I just shake it to mix.

Hard boiled eggs Tuna (I mix up 2 cans then weigh and portion it out to keep in the fridge), I'm not sure if this counts as convenient? Lunch meat, plain or eaten with cheese I change up the types of cheeses I buy to keep myself more interested. Cottage cheese, again not sure if it's convenient?
Quest bars are good. High in protein, low in sugar. They tout themselves as "clean" but that is being a bit generous, however they aren't too crappy and come in lots of flavors.
I've been using this protein powder. It tastes god and blends really well. I buy vanilla and blend with almond milk. I add unsweetened cocoa powder, Pb2, almond butter, fruit etc. to mix up the flavors. And another trick (not clean, LOL) is the little packets of unsweetened Kool Aid - just a few pinches, gives lots of flavor options. My favorite is adding orange bc it tastes like a julius.
Muscle pharm combat powder in cookies n creme or banana creme (can get on Amazon). I blend it with almond milk, greens, a scoop of green yogurt and whatever frozen fruit I have laying around.
I don't eat much meat, so my regular protein sources daily/weekly are:
hard boiled or scrambled eggs plain greek yogurt with frozen berries tuna with hummus stirred in spoonful of unsalted peanut butter variety of nuts chickpea and cucumber salad
Hard oiled eggs Bananas or Apples with Peanut or Almond Butter Homemade energy bars (dates/cherries/walnuts/almonds) I use Jay Robb egg white protein powder.

I do little containers of nut butter, in which I dip apples, celery, & pretzels. Or little containers of hummus (if you have refrigeration avail) & bring carrots, celery, pepper slices, etc. I know not super convenient, but if you portion it all out Sunday night, it's super convenient! (& I love to dip foods! Takes me longer to eat/ so I feel fuller.)
hard boiled eggs small cup of oatmeal with peanut butter edamame good greek yogurt with a small amount of granola some type of meat with cheese - I like to eat a couple slices good deli turkey with a cheese stick

If you get the cookies and cream and/or smores quest bar, heat them in the microwave for like 10 seconds. They're delicious that way.
I love the EAS Advantedge carb control shakes (I buy 4 packs at Target for usually around $5.50). They are about 100 calories and I have one for a snack with some almonds from Trader Joes. I also do turkey and berries, wheat toast with avocado, boiled egg with avocado, cucumbers / baby carrots and hummus.
Drinking calories (unless alcoholic or milkshakes) makes me sad, so I'm no help with protein powder. However, ditto all of the Greek yogurt suggestions. Protein wise, it's one of the biggest bangs for your buck. Bonus is that it will leave me feeling far more satisfied than any protein shake. I also eat a lot of eggs.
Quest bars Think thin bars Pure protein bars Premier protein bars GenePro protein powder. 30 grams of protein in one tablespoon. And it's tasteless, so you can put it in anything. I have it in powerade zero. Dannon light and fit yogurt Canadian bacon rolled around a cheese stick Tuna mixed with cottage cheese instead of mayo
We like Bob's Red Mill Whey protein-- it's not flavored, and I put it in almost everything I bake.
We eat a ton of hard boiled eggs. I've also been making my own Luna Bars, which are super easy and very tasty. They are just dried fruit, nuts, vanilla, and salt in the food processor. I add lots of protein powder to the mix, too.

I've tried so hard to like Quest bars but the artificial sweet aftertaste is too gross.

I use the EAS Lean Vanilla Creme from Target. I mix it with cold brewed coffee in the mornings. The powder is 15g of protein and 100 calories.
