I would do some pulled chicken or pork in the crockpot. You could use it for tacos, salads, or sandwiches. I like to get the little Hawaiian rolls from Costco and use those for mini sliders.
Breakfast: -Egg bake casserole. So many good recipes to choose from. -French toast -Fried potatoes and scrambled eggs; bacon
Lunch: -Soup and salad with french bread and rotisserie chicken (broccoli cheddar, potato, corn chowder, chicken noodle, tortilla, etc.) -Grilled cheese with tomato soup
Dinner: -Lasagna -Chicken pot pie -Grilling out -Crockpot Meal if you're going to be out doing activities all day. (Roast, Chicken Burritos, BBQ pork)
Friday night I'd have a cheese plate. Breakfast I would do a prepped casserole with fruit. Maybe pancakes and bacon Sunday morning if you want to get fancy. For lunch I would have sandwich fixings and some deli salads. I'd either grill or do take out for dinner. Tacos or spaghetti are easy and can be prepared early.
What do they like to eat? I tend to do different menus for different guests.
My parents prefer classic options. So, I stock a tray of deli meats and rolls with sides like potato salad. They don't eat breakfast casseroles, but like quiche. My usually make a pot of sauce with meatballs and serve over pasta.
My cousins are a bit more casual, so a pot of chili is an easy hit. It's a great meal for lunch or dinner. I stock toppings like cheese, sour cream and chips. I usually do a tray of lasagna so I can pop it in the oven any time.
Everyone seems to like a chopped salad with a variety of veggies.
