How often do you "go out" and how old are you?

Going out--as in to a club/bar/restaurant where you stay 2+ hrs and have a cocktail and/or watch a band. Usually after 8-9 pm at night.

On the rare occasion an out of town friend is here and that is where they have chosen to plant themself for the night so they can see lots of people while there are here, we will do it. Otherwise, we generally do a quick happy hour or an actual dinner/drinks if we go out with friends.

Out to a restaurant / bar for drinks, I would say atleast once a week. Out to a bar for live music, on average I would say once a month, it really depends on who is playing and where.

However, there are other days that I go out for dinner or for a drink and don't stay 2 hours.

my boyfriend works nights and long shifts (IT) and i work long days (accountant) so on the weekends we are usually really tired so we go to dinner and go to my place and watch movies/veg.

"Going out" to me is out for drinks (bar, lounge, whatever), which we maybe do 6 times a year. Wow, so different from my life just a few years ago! We do get out for other things - we'll go see a concert a few times a year, we go out to eat probably once/week, we tailgate every home college game during the fall.

Don't ever go to see a band unless it's a concert which I used to do a lot pre-kids, not so much now

On average, about every 2 weeks. On a weekend, mostly. No kids. But we have a dog, so we are also mindful of our time because of him.

We usually go out at least one weekend night. Sometimes both. Or sometimes we have people over to our place in lieu of going out. That's the best of both worlds - hanging out with friends without having to put on shoes!

Weeknights seem to go in cycles. We go through busy periods and calm periods. I also go out fairly often for a couple of hours on a weeknight but still wind up home around by 9pm. I don't like to stay out late when I have work the next day.
