Happy Thursday!
I am thankful for a long weekend coming up, and getting to spend the long weekend with my bff in Memphis with our kiddos. I haven't seen her since December and I am giddy with excitement! (despite a looong ride to get there)
I am thankful for a wonderful last weekend getting to visit friends. It felt good to be "home" to the place we lived for 6 years before moving. And I am thankful for the delicious food that went with that trip.
I'm thankful for my coworkers! We are all so busy getting our rooms set up and they often swing by to see if I need anything moved or carried to the surplus area since it is kind of far from my room. It's so nice! I don't need a ton of help, but those little things that would take me awhile to do are so helpful!

I am thankful that I made it thru this week, its been a hard one.
I am thankful that I have signatures from the buyer finally on the P&S. I am thankful that they should be dropping off the remaining deposit today at my office so I can finally breath.
I am thankful my husband is coming home for the weekend.
I am thankful for beer, coffee, and ice cream without these 3 friends I may not have made it thru this week.
I am thankful for some friends that were really there for me the past two days. Corollary: I am thankful for tiny dogs who run around my living room.
I am thankful for podcasts, as silly as that sounds. I've continued with my planned runs this week because it means 40-50 minutes where I can put on Gilmore Guys or Undisclosed and feel okay for a little while.
I'm thankful for my best running friend- who else can you call in a panic 2 days before a race and have them sign up to run with you because you're out of shape and terrified. Bless her.

I'm thankful that a friend rearranged her day to run 3 miles with me this morning. She is slower than I am, which was good because it forced me to start slower (I usually start too fast and burn myself out). I ran 3 with her and then 3 on my own.

I am thankful that we'll be on holiday on Saturday (and that my resort has a free spa, gym and gym classes).
I am thankful that my H is willing to communicate about tough issues even if they hurt one or both of our feelings...and that he's willing to try to work through them so we can become stronger.
I'm thankful I got to spend all day long at the state fair yesterday. I love that place, and we ran into so many friends. My H is pretty fun to hang out with too.
I'm also thankful for my dogs -- they were so glad to see us last night when we got back I just couldn't help but feel loved.
I'm thankful that my mom is taking the kids this weekend so DH and I can have a kid free mini beach vacation for our anniversary this weekend. I can't believe it'll be 7 years. It doesn't seem that long at all.

I'm really thankful for basically everything. For my safety and security, and for the ability to provide safety and security to my children. Many blessings have been laid on my table.
I'm thankful that we live right by a med clinic. Our youngest is sick and had an acute asthma attack earlier today, but we were able to get him seen almost instantly. I'm also thankful that my credit card has trip protection. We were supposed to fly to Hong Kong today for the long weekend, but should able to recoup part of those travel costs.
