best skinny jeans for tall & plus sized

I want a pair of skinnies. I haven't bought any since my skinny maternity ones! I'm 5'10 and a size 18. I have fairly "thin" legs. I carry my weight in my mid section so I'd like some that have a bit of a higher rise. Any suggestions???
