This morning Piper woke up, she nursed for about 10 minutes, pulled off, smiled at me, and proceeded to projectile vomit everything she just ate all over me. She then turned to me, giggled, and tried to reach for the cat to play with him.
She spit up a bit yesterday morning as well. Besides that, no other spitting up lately at all, she was never a particularly spitty baby. Daycare just called, she's happy as a clam and hasn't spit up at all.
She's teething, if that helps. We introduced wheat this week, but she's definitely been exposed prior through puffs. I honestly don't think it's related, she'd last had wheat almost 18 hours prior to this incident.
I was thinking too full tummy too since she's still happy as a clam. The times AJ has thrown up and he was genuinely sick, he was upset after and was snuggly and sad looking and ended up throwing up again at least once and had diarrhea. Other times he's thrown up in the morning he's been happy as can be and running around like a nut, and those are the times I'm sure are just flukes.
This sounds like one of the random, there is no answer for it, pukes. As long as she's happy and everything else seems OK I would just chalk it up to babydom.
