Most parents love their new babies. Ashley Scott took it to a whole new level.
The UnREAL actress, 38, welcomed her second child with husband, British pop singer and actor Steve Hart, and came up with one of the most unusual unique names we've ever heard (which says a lot considering we've written extensively about Pilot Inspektor, Audio Science, and, obviously, North West). Scott's new daughter is Iyla Vue, which is pronounced "I love you."
The name was suggested by her husband and it took her a little time to warm up to it. Recounting the conversation they had about it to People magazine, Scott, whose elder daughter is Ada, admitted, "I said, 'It's either the greatest name ever, or the absolute worst.'" She also noted that her own mother dislikes it. "She says it's a very California name."
While Iyla Vue is a peculiar pick, baby names inspired by love aren't, as one Jennifer Love Hewitt can tell you. Less obvious ones are Amanda (Seyfried), which means "much loved," and Amy (Schumer) and David (Beckham), which both mean"beloved." Other celebrities with love names include Cher and Aziz (Ansari), which both also mean beloved, Mila (Kunis), which is "people's love," and Suki (Waterhouse), which is "loved one."
Ashley Scott is in good company when it comes to giving her daughter a loving name. Salma Hayek (Valentina), Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes (Esme), Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas (Carys), did the same. Just in a more subtle way. Also feeling the love? Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, who named their daughter Carys, as well as Salma Hayek, who is mom to Valentina.
I'm so mad at UnReal. I started watching it about a month ago--it was on demand and on Amazon Prime. I saw there were only 10 or so episodes, so I wanted to space them out and not binge watch the whole thing at once. I got 5 episodes deep. Then, BAM--not on demand, not on prime, and you can't even watch full episodes on Lifetime's website. WTF LIFETIME!
This is what happens when I get invested in shows, lol.

Have you tried to access them on the Roku lifetime app? If you have such a device?

Well, we have a firestick, but it's no longer on there. I didn't check their lifetime app though, so I'll check that tonight. Good thinking! (hot)
