I'm so late to this, but it's an important topic. The answer is tacos, for the reasons miso outlined - less carb-heavy and more variety, both in filling and wrapper. I have nothing against burritos, but I almost never order them. Except at Taco Bell, where I'll sometimes get a bean or black bean burrito. But that's only because I'm also getting at least two other items, so the variety is still there.
