How's everyone doing?
I put together a few good weeks to start and lost 4.8 lbs, now I'm struggling this week. I think I'm just letting the stress/being tired be an excuse to make bad eating decisions. I need some motivation to get back on track.

My goals have been focused on doing some kind of exercise 2-3x/week. I was not feeling a trip to the gym yesterday, so H went without me and was going to pick me up from work when he was done. I decided it was nice out and to go ahead and walk the 1.5miles to the gym. It's not much but I was pretty happy with myself.
I am on my 5th day in a row of tracking calories on MFP, and H and I officially signed up for kickboxing last night. It's 2x/week, and a really intense workout. I need to add in some other workouts though on off days.
I haven't been working out but I am working on being more active. G and I have been getting out of the house more (which is good for my mental health too). I've been trying to watch closer on what I'm eating. Gotta handle small changes at a time so I don't burn out.
I am down 3.6 pounds since I added a ticker to my sig. So that's something!

Fail... On ALL accounts... But today I did go down to one of our gyms to pick up the membership application. It's kitty-corner from our apartment so I'm seeing if the price a month will fit into our budget... *I hope it does*
