Happy Friday! What is making you smile today?

It's Friday! A real Friday where I have the next two days free from work! After working 6-7 days a week for longer than I care to remember this feels like a vacation. I'm even taking a half day to start preparing for Boyfriend's party tomorrow (grocery shopping, chopping and slicing fruits and veggies, mixing up dips, etc.).

Plus I got cleared by my ENT so no more appointments until December. I even jogged with the pup some this morning, which he loved.

So share what is making you smile.

I am listening to a pandora station that is a mix of Sutton Foster/Carol Channing/Julie Andrews. It is exactly as amazing as I expected. Sing along Friday!

H's vacation request was approved, we had until the 21st to cancel our cruise an we don't have to.

I am just so glad it is Friday. I also don't have to work this weekend!

Excited to GTG with a few folks tomorrow, then bunch with my sis and BFF and a concert Sunday. Should be busy but fun!

It is! In rip shit pissed at one of our docs who bailed, but the good news is our VP is "very, very, angry".

I mostly just want tomorrow to be over. And for my 15,000 pieces of paper to show up, lol

Hooray Friday!!

It's our 15 year dating anniversary today!! Nothing big planned but Dh got steaks for dinner and we're getting new floors on Monday.

My baby took a 3 hour nap!!!! I have been posting and watching tv for a while!

Winnie is no longer holding her pee! She's doing pretty well with her wee pads and loves her new interactive toys.

I can't wait to spend tonight and tomorrow with my husband. I barely get to see him during the week and he's leaving for Europe Sunday, so this time is very badly needed!

There's a celtic fest and highland games in town this weekend! I'm going tonight for the music (which hopefully does not get rained out!), and then tomorrow to watch the games, and the sheep herding demonstration, and for more music. Yay!

(and yes, I'm bringing my knitting... it's entertaining to be working on knee-high socks when I'm around that many kilts)

VACATION!!! After two months of ridiculousness at work, I'm free today and all of next week!

DH and I are driving today and getting really silly in the car.

PS If you try to rob my house, it will make my retired cop neighbor's entire year.

I am not overscheduled this weekend, so I'm looking forward to some downtime and hopefully quality time with BF! We've both been so busy lately that while we see each other every night, we haven't spent much quality time together in the last couple of weeks, just the 2 of us. We see friends tomorrow but tonight and Sunday are all ours.

An employee at my company had the last name Butt. She got married, and now it's Bush. That's not much better and I feel so bad for giggling at this.

I had lunch with my employees/team and it was fun. DH came home from work travel really late last night, I was asleep when he left for work so it was so nice to come home and give him a big hug and kiss. He then promptly made me a drink! TGIF!

First off, what is making me smile is what is making all of YOU smile! I literally liked almost every post in here so far!

For me- my team at work is completely rocking it! Some of you know that I took over a struggling office when I came on board in January. This is the beginning of a new year for us and our results are freaking amazing right now. Like 3 and 4 times better than they were a year ago. I know that there was nowhere to go but up, but still, it's awesome to know that there has been such an impact since I've been on board.

Just Bush. I suppose she thinks that's the least laughable of all possible name options.

I seriously can't say Butt with a straight face. Luckily she doesn't work in my building so I've never met her face to face!
