We are planning a sort of last minute trip. Planning to spend 4 days in Aruba and 3 in curacao. We've been to Aruba before I am trying to book a flight and wondering how long we would need time wise in order to make a connecting flight to curacao. So you go through customs in Aruba or at the final destination?? I remember customs being short but obviously don't want to risk missing the flight. We are trying to figure out if we should do Aruba first so we don't have this issue or what. Thanks!!
You will go through customs in whichever island you land on, and then I think have to go outside and go through security again.
We are doing a similar connection through Curacao to Bonaire - everyone says two hours is the minimum time from scheduled landing to departure on the next flight. Last time we landed in Curacao it took us like 10 minutes to go through Customs and get our bags, but we were in first class - first ones off the plane. I think others had a good 30 minute wait.

mryrcn - I JUST saw those flight schedules this morning! Such great news to be able to cut out the Curacao stopover.
For this trip we are stuck on American unfortunately, so not only are we red-eyeing to Miami, we then have a 3 hour wait in CUR for our Insel Air flight. It's going to be a long day, but worth it!
We ended up scheduling Aruba first then going to curacao for 4 days. On the way back we have 3 hours in the Aruba airport and can get through customs etc and then head home.
