I finished the last season of F.R.I.E.N.D.S last night. I will have so much more free time now to get my crap done around our place! Today is chores, chores and more chores!
If you are the praying type would you please say a prayer for my cousin Jeni? She had contractions all day yesterday and went to the hospital to try to get them to stop. She is 35 weeks with #3 and already dialated to a 5. Sounds like her little boy will be making an appearance a bit earlier then planned.

Lots of prayers for you friend and her son bk1! Enjoy the craft store...I'm itching to scrapbook again. I need to order more pictures first though
christy082- Yay Cara!! So exciting! C decided to sit (from a crawl position) yesterday...guess it was milestone day for our C's!
travelbug and amaranth- I'm joining you lovely ladies on being productive and getting chores done today! Lots to do!
Just got back from C's 9 month appointment...this is the first time that his pedi is happy about his weight!! He's officially triple birth weight (18lbs 5.3oz)!! He's still short though...short and chunky! She was really happy with him and no concerns, which was great! Now he's sitting and trying to stand during nap time...time to lower the crib.
DH texted from work (first day back from vacation)...they let go of an accountant (expected since she hasn't produced in over 2 years) so now he's concerned about his workload. Curious to see how things play out...his CFO wants him to work overtime already which is making DH want to move sooner (although he really just wants to make the right decision and not rush anything). It will be interesting to try moving and selling our house if he has to work more though...a lot of weight will fall on me and I'm not sure I can handle all of that on top of taking care of C full time. I guess I can if I really have to but it will be a lot to take on. Hopefully our house will sell fast if we decide to list it...actually, I will only be on board listing if the realtor believes it will be a fast sell...I don't want to have to keep our house squeaky clean for very long for listings while trying to live here with a baby.

I can't help but compare E to other babies because he doesn't want to crawl, lol. He just wants to stand! I know he's more advanced in other areas and may do other things earlier but you want your own kid to be the best, you know? Lol
I'm so sore and tired and it's not over yet! We just have all this random little crap to move still. Plus cleaning. Then unpacking. Ugh! Who wants to help? Lol. Oh and our washer and dryer won't be delivered until Oct 1 now. We have a little portable washer at the ILs that we're going to have them bring up so we can at least wash diapers. I suppose it's partially our own fault for waiting, but still!

I know it's hard not to compare, but try not to (easier said than done, I know). E may not crawl at all- some babies skip it and go right to walking.

Very true! I feel like he will be ahead on standing/walking even though he's "behind" on crawling. And really it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things but it's so hard not to want him to be the first and best at everything!

Halloween is coming together nicely I have a few more smallish things to do. I wish I could get more decorations up but Kids. I will be running around like a chicken with my head cut off the day of my party. I'm planning on getting dh and the kids out of the house day of until it's time for them to go to my parent's house. I'm stupid and silly and proud the way one of my tombstones turned out for " Myra Mains" LOL.
In other news my parents are going to have my niece Friday night. Evidently the baby-sitter/guardian of my niece is not being too nice. Well not like being an out right bitch but also not being easy to deal with. She wanted a copy of all of my niece's ss cards birth certificate medical cards ect. my parents wanted to see the baby. Baby sitter said she would have to check her schedule. So mom told her she would have to look around for the requested documents. Mom has 0 intention of giving them up. mom thinks that if she wants them she can stand in line and pay for them because that's what my mom did for my sister.
Not much else is going on this week DH has work I have work kids have school. I may try to get out and catch a round of disc golf with the girls on Thursday. other that that nothing.
anyastroud- I'm happy your parents get to see your niece, and yes do not allow them to give babysitter anything! Do nothing to make this easier for her.
ewall crap, crap, crap! Did they find anything? I hope you guys get lucky with some good quotes to fix it! I'm so sorry ;(
We can't figure it out at all. It was one large volume of water and then...nothing. There is no active leak that I can find. It's dry-ish from overnight, no more water, just the residual drying up. We have the HVAC/plumbing company coming out to take a look later today. We always planned on remodeling the basement, but it looks like we start that project sooner rather than later
ewall- we did half the demo for our basement renos a year before the renos because of a burst pipe. No one went down there anyways so we just left everything open to the studs and fixed it later.
