Ditto cvile. Bobby pins work for that as well. Just pin it down flat until it dries. Tucking it behind my ear always gave me a curl that I didn't want.
Way cute! And I agree - a flat iron will take care of that in 5 seconds. Well, 35 seconds if you include the time it takes for the flat iron to heat up.
Uuugh, do I really have to iron it to get both sides to match? Because then I need to deep condition once a week. My hair is really delicate and fine.
Em, I can do that? It won't seem bitchy and complainy? Do I need to make an appointment for that sort of thing? The salon does take walk-ins but I feel like showing up randomly and saying, "Fix this!" is maybe rude?
Also, thank you for the compliments. I was sort of expecting people to be wondering why the hell I did this to my head.
I usually call and do the whole "I really hate to bother but I just got my hair cut and styled and so and so said I would be able to style without blow drying because my kid cries at the blowdryer. Well it does this really strange flip thing that I don't love when I do it, is she available after lunch for me to stop in and she can show me what I'm doing wrong or maybe fix the flip?" They are usually really open to fixing it because they get a lot of business from word of mouth.
