I lay my clothes out the night before. I also make sure both my kids pick out what they plan to wear the next day as well. This just helps in the mornings when we are in a rush. Besides I'd rather spend time the night before looking for something rather than search for the morning of.
I leave for work at 330am most mornings so I do have everything ready ahead of time. I wear a uniform so that is a given but I have socks, bra, underwear all ready to go.
My DH on the other hand leaves for work around 430am most mornings and he does not plan his outfits. I don't know how he makes it out of the door most mornings. (He gets up like 10 minutes before he has to leave!)
I have tried planning out my outfits, but I always end up not wanting to wear whatever I picked out.
If my closet is actually organized, it takes less than two minutes to pick out and put on my clothes. Planning my outfits doesn't save enough time for it to be worth it.

I don't have many work clothes - just enough to get through 2 weeks (I lost a lot of weight recently and am still building up my new wardrobe). I basically just rotate thought those 10 outfits - i hang things up in the order that I wore them and whatever is in line next gets worn next.
