WDYT: Visit when friend's baby is sick?

So just as I bought a gift for my pregnant friend and her little one whom I'm visiting tomorrow, she calls to tell me that the baby has a stomach virus. I am welcome to come still if I don't mind being around a little sick kiddo.

Now I'm wondering if I should cancel. I am not so much concerned for me (although I really don't want to get sick) but I'll also be on my way to visit my other friend who is also pregnant. I would hate to get her sick.

So, WDYT, should I just go and be extra careful about hand washing and such or skip it?

I'd skip. The sniffles, no biggie. Stomach virus, I don't want to catch, or risk giving to others.

Stomach virus...I'd skip it. We got that at our house last year--it was horrible. DS got it at daycare, I got it, my H got it, my mom got it and then my dad got it.
Its the first time I'd been barfy sick in a very long time.
