Breakfast: Cinnamon raisin bagel with Smart Balance Snack: Kellog’s Fiber Plus Bar & coffee with So Delicious creamer Lunch: brown basmati rice with chickpea salad & Field Roast ‘sausage’ (imitation, not soy) Snack: NuGo Free GF/vegan protein bar & coffee with So Delicious creamer
Today has been a good day so far. They aren't always this good.
I'm always interested in what the veggies on the board eat. It almost makes me think I could do it full time. Almost.
As cheesy as it sounds, you really can do anything you put your mind to. Just don’t ask me what I ate on a day where I had an argument with DH. There will be lots of salty, sweet & fatty things in there.
Breakfast: Plain Greek yogurt, coffee with milk Lunch: Half a leftover shrimp & lobster quesadilla, water Snack: A handful of Skinny Pop popcorn, leftover chocolate hazelnut cookie from Whole Foods' bakery. And right now I'm eating a bowl of cut up watermelon.
Breakfast: piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, water Lunch: 3 pieces of tri-tip with salsa, salad, corn on the cob, a roll, and 2 peanut butter cookies. Dinner: tbd.
Breakfast : Two hard boiled Eggs, Coffee Snack: .75 oz of cheese snack and a beef pepperoni stick Lunch: Can of Kirkland Tuna, serving of ranch dressing and serving of Feta Dinner: Not sure. Supposed to be something w/ground turkey.
I eat low carb. I always go over my fat allowance and I don't care. (down 20 pounds since the beginning of June)

Breakfast: Coffee with creamer Snack: Corn on the cob Lunch: Leftover Chinese food and some crackers Snack: a handful of mini marshmallows and dark chocolate chips
Breakfast: Just a cup of tea. Lunch: Soup and pumpkin pie. Dinner: DH just asked me to make homemade bread so I think I'll make tuna sandwiches with that.
B - Coffee & milk, 2 eggs scrambled with spinach, mushrooms & tomatoes, berries, a few bites of bananas and waffle off of DD's plate S - Lemon Lara Bar L - Leftover grilled pork tenderloin, salad, and brussel sprouts, a few apple slices off of DD's plate
It's only 1:00 here. There will probably be chocolate ice cream later. Dinner is planned as steamed broccoli topped with spaghetti meat sauce.
