Breakfast: English muffin with hardboiled egg Yogurt Banana
Snack: Small handful of trail mix
Lunch: Personal thin crust cheese pizza Rice cake
I'm sure I'll have another snack later this afternoon, either another bit of trail mix or a Kind bar. Dinner will be some kind of meat and veggies. No chicken.
2 slices of bacon and one Eggo waffle is not breakfast. That is a snack. Breakfast requires a minimum of 2 eggs, cheese and/or meat, and something else. I breakfast.
Breakfast: breakfast tacos (2 tortillas, eggs scrambled with leftover taco meat, cheese), 1 cup of chopped fruit.
First lunch: sammich with turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce & tomato.
Second lunch will be pita chips with pimento cheese and carrots with hummus.
If I'm still hungry later, snack will be Greek yogurt with fruit and almonds.

Today has been a good day so far. They aren't always this good.
A cup of coffee and a granola bar. The bagel I was going to eat for breakfast had a moldy spot. I think I'll be eating my lunch early: wild rice & quinoa with turkey sausage, cucumber & tomatoes with a lemon vinaigrette.
Breakfast: 2 slices of cinnamon toast, tea Snack: Lime ice thingy and 2 shortbread cookies at Starbucks Lunch: stuffed zucchini and a fistful of watermelon
I'm already eyeing the chocolate covered pomegranate as soon as DD goes down for her nap

I'm always interested in what the veggies on the board eat. It almost makes me think I could do it full time. Almost.

Breakfast: Quaker Oats " Soft oatmeal bar" and big glass of iced coffee Lunch: habanero chicken sausage and greek yogurt Snack: will be almonds and peper jack cheese stick Dinner: will be scoop of protien & another big glass of iced coffee (I have a 45 min commute to school with class from 3:30-9:15 )
