Curious to know what typical is...
I went to the Seahawks game today and totally blew all my extra points on loaded nachos & a coke, including my activity points. Worth it. And thank goodness my seats are like a hundred steps up.

The first time I joined WW, I lost 9 pounds in the first week, then I think 5 the second, then settled into a pattern of about 2 a week. I was 225 when I started though so I had a lot to lose. When I joined again at 9 months post partum I think it was more like 5 the first week and then 1.5-2 each week.

Okay ladies, I'm restarting WW again after being off program all summer. I'm now on day 3 of tracking. Anyone interested in a tracking/check in thread? I'm happy to organize it if there is interest.
I really, really, really need to do this. I've put on 12 lbs in 4 months, since weaning DS. I did not need those 12 lbs at all!!
Maybe I'll sign up today while DS is napping. bananapancakes I'd be very interested in a tracking/tip sharing thread. I'd love ideas for make ahead quick snacks/meals, as time is usually my issue.

Yup, me! I used to do a check in but haven't lately. I am back on the WW program this week. I am hovering at about a 30 pound loss right now.

I'd be interested in a check-in! I really need to get serious. I'll be using the knock-off app someone here recommended a while ago (value diary, it cost $3.99 I think) I've had it a few months but never started tracking, instead I have gained 7 lbs since I first got it and calculated my points target. Whomp whomp.

Just to give realistic expectations. I had twenty pounds to lose and did it in four months. But I was super serious and rarely cheated. Some weeks I didn't lose. First week I lost three pounds
