Yes. It might be helpful to look into your local Eating Disorder Association- they may have a list of providers that specialize in treating individuals with similar symptoms.

It really depends. Most therapists that I know that specialize in the treatment of EDs work with all types of disordered eating clients. It doesn't hurt to pull up those providers. Most have websites, so if you've got time to Google, you probably could pull up their professional profiles and see their experience, specialization, etc.
They should cover everything (disordered eating related). You can ask when you call to make an appt. Give them a mini-interview to make sure you get what you need. They should be more than willing to talk about your needs/expectations over the phone prior to a first appt.
