We have whatever division of progressive does homes. It's just over a thousand per year, but I can't recall the coverage limits. I think the house is covered for a total loss at 460k. We don't have flood coverage as our state isn't elligble.
Our deductible is $1000 for house damage, and another $1000 for personal property. So foreseeably in a bad event we'd be out 2k.
We have $1,000 deductible through Farm Bureau. We pay everything (mortgage, tax, and insurance) together in our escrow payment each month. The insurance is $697/year for our 1,876 sq. feet property (built in 2014) on 1.3 acres out in the sticks

When we owned I believe our deductible was $1k but I could be wrong. Our homeowners insurance was cheap (less than $500/year) but because of where we were, we were required to have windstorm insurance also and that was another $1k or so. We had Allstate.
