SO we finally got DS's diaper rash under control using aquaphore diaper cream. I want to get him back into cloth diapers. I bought disposable liners but the cream bleeds through the liner which is kind of pointless. So I have some fleece liners that I have been using. The interwebs say I should wash them separately from the diapers but I am not sure if that is just over cautious instructions (like most cloth diaper instructions). There obviously aren't very many of them and them are tiny so annoying to wash them by themselves.
Hopefully one day he will stop being poopy mcpooperson and we can ditch diaper cream.
ETA: I was using CA Baby diaper cream, but it started to flair up again so I think he needs the aquaphore part not just the zinc.

I would wash them separately just so you keep the Aquaphor from getting on the diapers you're washing. Can you put them in with a load of towels or something?
Also CA Baby worked like crap for us (pardon the pun). I like Grandma Els. We still use it for occasional bum irriration.
