namasteak, yes, that's a tough time of the day. The boys are usually restless and I have very little patience left. And baby wearing is pretty much the only way for me to survive.
I made apple crisp yesterday and it was amazing, but we had guests over so I only got one serving yesterday and like 3 bites tonight. Dislike.
Have you learned nothing from me? We don't share the apple crisp! Pregnancy rules!
I discovered stretch marks on my belly today. Last time I went the entire pregnancy without any and two showed up AFTER my c-section. Luckily they went away, but I feel like the ones I found today are the same two.

I'm making oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for DW. Her supply is down and I think it's because of stress and not eating enough. She's a really finicky eater but she won't turn down cookies!
DD was an easy baby today. She took good naps and took 3-5 oz feeds instead of her usual 1-2 oz. I hope she keeps this up!
I need to throw away these fucking Kirkland Macademia nut clusters. I have stopped eating anything else is the major issue. Like I think I've had 9 of the clusters today, a popscicle, and some toast.
That's how I am whenever I have crackers in the house (cheezits, chicken in a bisket, ritz, etc). Â A few times, I've literally thrown boxes away to get myself to stop eating them.
Omg I am so glad you like chicken in a biskit crackers too! I thought I was the only one! They're one of my guilty pleasure snacks.
I sort of feel like I should have sex with my husband tonight. Doctor told me to limit intercourse last week when I was spotting, but that's gone, and he FINALLY shaved his face like I begged this weekend. Sounds like so much work though...
@preppy - I'm rarely on time for the nursing support group I go to and people roll in all the time. I've arrived 45 mins after the starting time before!
We have started putting DD to bed around 8 pm. I'm nursing her now and then will put her in the cosleeper in our room. It's nice to have some time to ourselves at night with both kids in bed! We do dishes and then try to get work done in our laptops while siting on the couch. Exciting!
Also the beef stew I made in the crockpot was deeelicious! Pot roast cubes, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions and a seasoning packet. I feel so accomplished. I really want to get in the meal prep bandwagon. We have been ordering out way too much! Oh yeah if anyone wants to friend me on my fitness pal, I'm mcfelix57. I'm also on Map My Run but I'm not sure how to find people there.

Good to know! I am hoping to be on time Thursday but if I'm not I will still try and go late. I really want to see a LC I think Stella's latch is a little shallow but I am not 100% sure.

I am impressed people can go so long without bathing their kid. DS1 gets so sweaty. The other day I had to give him a bath after nap because he was drenched in sweat.

It was so gross & I hate it. I couldn't bathe him and DH is lazy about it.
Eta - he did wipe him down with a wash cloth every night. That seems like more of a PITA to me.
seriously namasteak I say this with love but you need to shut down some of this husband bullshit. This is going to lead to a lot of long term resentment.
I'm trying. See my above post about us fighting.
God I hate the newborn stage. Everyone is tired & it inevitably turns into a "who has it worst" contest.

I know man. But you really do have it worse. lol. I mean IMO there is just no arguing. The person with the newborn and taking care of another child has it worse outside of extreme circumstances that I don't think apply to you / him. Your husband needs to step it up.
. We're now in that awful post fight funk but worked things out. I started pumping on Monday hopefully baby will take a bottle so he can do an overnight soon.

OMG, @starry. I mentioned to H once that some husbands did this for their wives. And he was... not excited. I think if he actually agreed to help me in my time of need, he would never have sex with me again lol.
@mrswindycity, I have average kids who like to be naked. So I can't help you

I am fairly fortunate in this case that my husband's standards for sex with me are very low. I told him today we might want to try having sex every other day to get the baby to come and he was soooo excited. I do not think many men would be excited lol.
I am totally convinced that the only reason that my husband is ready for more kids is ttc sex + ttgtfo baby sex.
