Can I ask for picture help too?

We are doing extended family pictures in a few weeks - it will be us, BIL and his wife and son, and MIL/SFIL. I really want to wear this blue dress but I will need tights and I am not loving this look...opinions? I can't tell if it's the tights or boots that are bothering me...both?

Also, do these colors work Ok together? The red will be C's dress - it hasn't actually gotten here yet but it's about that shade. She'll have cream tights and brown boots with it.

I like your dress! I don't like the boots. I think boots that are a little tighter and brown would look better. Or flats?

Cute dress! I would go with darker tights. Are the boots chocolate brown? It's hard to tell on my phone.

The boots are brown, the lightings just a little weird. And sadly these are the best fitting boots I can find for my skinny calves

I just tried with maroon tights as well
(Excuse the ridiculous wall color and mess - the guest room is a disaster as it is filled with my piles of stuff for donation

I think the colors are fine!

I like your dress, but i'm not loving it with those boots.

I was writing when you posted your second pic. I like that combo better but still wonder if you can do better with different shoes/booties.
