I really don't like the high-low trend attacking fashion right now, especially when it comes to shirts. I also don't understand it, it doesn't seem flattering on ANYONE that I've seen, including all the models online and in catalogs. Can someone explain the appeal?
To me, it just comes across as shoddy hemming when it's a smaller one, and just looks plan dumb when it's a large difference. Dresses and skirts are totally NMS but I guess I could SORT of understand them. Shirts though? No way..especially when paired with the super boxy fit.
No sh!t, my aunt in Cali gave me a shirt for my birthday this weekend. I opened it up, it's sheer burgundy, sleeveless with a mandarin collar, low in the front, long in the back.
My bridesmaids dress in my dads wedding was supposed to be high in the front and low in the back. But the fabric my stepmom wanted wasn't available in enough yards to make both my and my sisters dresses that way. So it ended up being one length.
I had no idea that this was a trend before this post, but the dress in that link is really bad. The weird platform combat boots the model is wearing don't help.
