Ahhhhhhhhhhh red letter day here! We got an offer on our old house after 2 months on the market. We're losing our asses money wise, but fingers crossed come November 16 we will only own one house again!. I cried when I got the text that they accepted our counter. Thank you all for your help in my rent or keep trying to sell post a month ago.
I'll cross my fingers everything goes well. We finally listed our condo and got an offer from the single showing it had in two weeks so we took it (after a counter). Hoping nothing big comes on inspection. I'm ready for just one mortgage! We might even get a few hundred dollars back. Lol. We lost so much on it.

Yay, congratulations on your offer too! Yes, we are praying hard that inspections go well. I"m jealous of your few hundred you might get back! We will be writing a very large check at closing. But we bought our current house during the insane pricing of 2005 when we were young and dumb(er). We are selling for $10k less than we paid, and since then we have remodeled the bathroom, refinished the hardwoods, finished the downstairs, re paved the driveway, painted and updated everything. In total we are losing about $20K. It makes me sick. But to be down to one mortgage and one set of utilities and not having this hanging over us 24/7 will make it worth it. We can make the money back, it'll just take awhile.

We are selling for $40k less plus a bunch of updates. Awesome 2004 purchase too. We call it DH's worst purchase ever. I just want it gone!
