Anyone want to share a link for a cape coat? I am pretty sure I'm going to get one, but I haven't found what I want just yet.
I bought a poncho that I am embarrassingly excited about and I have already broken out my bootcut jeans. Â I might go for a pair of flares, but I never really liked that style on me before, so I'm not sure.
I bought this one since everything is permanently 40% off. You get $25 off too if you sign up for emails. Size WAY down. I had to get an XS.
Is there any way for me to wear Frye melissa button boots without jeans? I want to wear them to work but I can only wear jeans on Friday. I feel like I've seen ppl wear them with dresses but I'm wondering if that might be more acceptable in certain regions. I'm in NY. Do I need to buy booties? Is that the new "in" thing?
Any tips for nursing friendly fall clothes. I just briefly looked through my non-maternity clothes that I need to put back in my closest and am feeling totally blah about a lot of it.
I guess the long carnigans over tanks and leggings will work.

I wear leggings, tunics, buttons downs, cardis, vests, boots, booties, and infinity scarves in the fall/winter. I wear plaid. I am not original. But I always feel cute.
I also like to buy warm lounge wear for the house, like long janes, and big chunky sweaters. Also those butter socks from Nordstrom are ah-mazing.
I rock Hunter rain boots with tights, and a sweater dress too. I also let my socks peek over my booties when I wear them with skirts.
I WILL NOT wear a poncho. Tried that the first time it came around and it doesn't suit me. I look stupid.
laurenh I love wearing my tall boots with dresses and skirts. I pair it with tights or footless tights and it's really quite warm. I finally bought a pair of booties and love them so I'll probably change it up a bit and add them to the rotation.
I love the frye booties I just bought. Also picked up two cute t shirt maternity dresses from target that I plan to wear with my booties/boots and open cardigans. Since I'm due early March I think I'll just keep to that stuff and jeans with tanks and sweaters. Other than that I've been living in LLL stuff because I'm at the awkward pregnant/maternity doesn't always look pregnant phase.
I bought a pair of flairs (they are NYDJ--I was broken down pugz) and a pair of skinny jeans
A couple of Henley and baseball style shirts.
I want some moto boots but I'm really not sure how I would wear those.
On weekends I'll just wear jeans, tees and this cardigan thing I bought for $13 from Target. It's basically a fleece blanket made into a cardigan. So comfy but sloppy.
So far for fall I've only ordered some cranberry colored skinny jeans and a silky plum top.
Completely unrelated, your signature pic is KILLING me. I love it.
Awe thanks! Those were her 6 mon photos. I can't believe we're having her 1 yr photos taken this weekend already! I always forget about signatures when I'm on my phone. Your little one is so freakin' adorable as well!

In light of accomplishing a bunch of adult things today that resulted in me being able to carve out a clothing budget, I pulled the trigger on the following:
-a blanket scarf -a plaid button down -a chunky burgundy knit infinity scarf -a few pairs of leggings -a few long sleeve tees that are sort of tunic length
Still looking for booties, a pair of skinny jeans, and a pair of loafers.
I considered those two but I got hung up on the no pocket thing. Even if they are fake sewn shut ones that would be better than none. I'll have to report back and let you know if I like the other ones. I think they come sometime this week.

I've had a pair of moto boots for years. I wear them with anything and everything, so I think they're really versatile! Anyone worried about making them work, pull the trigger now!
@justdairy I have a few plaid flannels that I love, my family makes fun of me for wearing them though!
I want to get a nice pair of black moto booties- I'm not a fan of the frye knockoffs I have from target. I also want a fitted white button down.
I'm feeling fairly content with my wardrobe and nothing is screaming buy me. I'm sure I'll have no problem finding plenty to buy next time I make it to Southdale.
