I don't know about take-out - I feel like most prepared food is high in sodium as a rule, unless you can find like a health focused restaurant. Do you have a Jason's Deli nearby? Their salad bar is one of my favorite carryout options, and they'll add a portion of meat if you want.
Would you be up for fast eats from the grocery store? I'm thinking maybe some prepared salads without the dressing might be good, cut up fruits and veggies, low sodium soups (though those can still be high)?
