Its based on epoc, ytheres a screen with eveyones heart rate, as percent of max, so its completely individual. There are treadmills (you can run or walk), rowers, then a lglider and bike if you can use a tm or rower, and then the floor with weights, trx, bosu, etc.
I'm loving it. I posted a while ago that I ran my first sub-8 minute mile at OT. I also just ran my fastest 5K ever during a triathlon. We have folks of all fitness levels in our classes.
I've gone once. It was a lot of fun and I'll be going a lot in the offseason. You can definitely do it if you're "out of shape", there were all fitness levels at my class.
I just signed up this morning-they're opening one 5 minutes from my house. It opens in January, I'm looking forward to adding this in! I hear great things about it.
Now I'm intrigued. They're opening one up not too far from me.
Can you really just walk on the treadmills in their program? Or will you be paired into eventually running? Because I don't run and have zero interest in ever running.

You can literally just walk. But if you walk, there will be incline (theres incline for runners sometimes too). Base is usually like 4%, but youll get all the way up to 15%. There are drfinitly people at mine that always just walk.
I think it depends on your location (at least, the one in nyc is nearly double what i pay in nj). There are a bunch of different ways you can go/packages. Im at 8xmonth for 99 right now, but was at unlimited for 149. If you get in when they are opening, im pretty sure you get a deal.
