I am meal planning in hopes of going to the store tomorrow or Wednesday if I can manage a decent meal for tomorrow.
Tonight is chicken pot pie, or chicken pot pie filling with drop biscuits because I'm tired and lazy. Then tomorrow could be pancakes but I don't know that I have enough milk.
We had cajun chicken pasta last night and have a ton of leftovers. Probably do tacos one night and stir fry one night as well. Thursday I think we will go to out local sports bar to watch the Huskies.
I'm so so fucking tired this week. Last night I made banana pancakes with ricotta in it (b/c I had some for the lasagna i'm making tonight). They were just okay. I was expecting a really moist pancake and it was just meh. Lasagna tonight b/c my Dad is coming over before he leaves to go back to Maryland. Sadz. Options for the rest of the week are steak with potatoes and steamed broccoli, grilled bbq chicken thighs with something something. Oh who am I kidding!? Cereal. That's what we're having this week.
