I’m with everyone else in that she should pay. Definitely get the car checked out as soon as possible. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to prove that it was her hitting you that caused it & not another incident that you were involved in afterwards. Even if nothing else happens after, how do you prove it?
It is totally reasonable to ask her to pay. If you want to let it go just to be unnecessarily nice, that is certainly up to you, but asking her to pay for damage she caused isn't bitchy.

Exhibit A of why I did the ask an adjuster thread. Some of these responses are lacking in not just insurance knowledge, but basic common sense.
OP, call her insurance company and report the claim. Do it ASAP. If you don't, the person you're screwing is yourself.
Did you actually see her insurance card? If not, don't be surprised if she gave you incorrect, cancelled/expired or made up info. Happens all the time.
Not a bitch at all. At least get your car checked out. I know what you mean where its a big hassle to bother someone if it IS only $100, but it could very well be more than that so I'd make sure to be safe.

I don't work in the insurance industry, but this. Unless I was willing to let the whole thing go I wouldn't avoid insurance. I also don't think I'd have the nerve to ask someone I hit to avoid insurance.
