First wake up after a 4 hour stretch for DD! Unfortunately I haven't gotten any sleep yet since DH and I went to bed to late. But at least I had the evening to get stuff done while she slept!

DS seems to be able to sense when I'm about to go to bed. I stayed up late to do some cleaning tonight and sure enough, wide awake just as I set foot in my room! Argh. Morning will be here too soon.

I think DW may have nursed DD around 9:30, because it's midnight and she still hasn't woken up. I'm up reading and haven't gone to bed because she'll be up any minute, except that she's not.
10 pm here on the west coast and I'm nursing DD to sleep for the night. She was getting cranky and fussy out in the living room with DH and I. She calmed down and seemed wide awake once we got in the nursery and I was changing her diaper/clothes for bedtime. DH was like, "You're going to put her to sleep? She seems fine now?". Um, yeah, that's because the lights are dim in here and the tv is not on, etc. and I'd like to feed her and put her down BEFORE she gets crazy overtired and hysterically hungry.
You'd think he'd have a slight clue about that kinda stuff with it being our 3rd kid and all...
DD went to bed at 10:30 CST. She has been sttn lately so here is to hoping.
I am up waiting for H to get home from the airport. I've been using the free hand time to pick up our DISASTER of a house. The laundry is killing me. It is amazing how adding one tiny person to your adds so much laundry.
I shouldn't be up! H turns on a small space heater in E's room and then usually shuts it off when he goes to bed. Well I just woke to E crying and H not in bed. I get up to go in his room and it's like a hundred degrees! No wonder E is awake and fussing! To add insult to injury H also left 2 whole squares of TP and no new rolls in the holder. Awesome.
Anyways, I'm going to attempt to go back to sleep. Hope you all get some sleep too!
DD has been asleep since 10, after 2 times having us put her back to sleep. It's almost 12:30 and she's kind of stirring but still asleep, but I'm thinking I should wake her for a dream feed so she stays down longer?
Never mind. She just decided for me. She just farted really loud and is tossing around. Sigh.
I am dream feeding right now. WOO! DS has been out for 6 hours and I needed relief. I feel amazing! Sleep, how I have missed you!
This is quite the change from last night when he was screaming in discomfort every hour or so... He finally pooped yesterday and it made a world of difference. 5-6 days of no poop made him miserable, even if it is normal.
Here's hoping he remains a great sleeper! (But I won't be holding my breath!)
I just ordered DS a halloween costume from BRU. I came across an old gift card in my desk drawer and it was enough to cover the costume! I also think I picked where we're staying during our Florida trip. I can't swallow the on site prices, so I found a great looking condo on vrbo. Full kitchen and washer/dryer will be awesome! Plus you can see the fireworks from the balcony, according to the pictures.
It's 2:30 here and mine hasn't even gone to sleep yet following her 10:30 feeding I slept a couple of hours and H and I switched at 12:30. She's not angry. Just awake. I'm feeding her now and hoping she'll finally go down soon.

DW just woke up and told me that she didn't nurse DD earlier. WHICH MEANS THE BABY SLEPT FOR SIX HOURS IN A ROW. That's the longest she's ever slept by two hours. It's probably a fluke since nothing about today was typical, but I'll take it!
DS is still up every 3ish hours. He's 10mo. I think I'm going to have to start lying about it when people ask IRL how he's sleeping. Everyone has an opinion on how I'm doing it wrong. But night weaning/sleep training has just not been successful for us and I'm amazed how well I've adjusted to the broken sleep. So KOKO it is.
Wake up 2. DS has not slept more than 3 hours at a time tonight. I feel like we're back in the newborn days. Wtf? The magic sleep suit has not been magical.
3rd wakeup boo. He is waking every 2 houra, which sucks. Hopine this bad sleep goes away soon. Of course it coincided with DH going back, which also sucks
Wake up 2. 6 hour stretch earlier, 3 hours this round. No complaints. Sounds like quite a few of us had long stretches tonight!
DS1 is in my bed. He lost his paci a round 2 am. I can't find it and it's the only one we have. I have been telling him he is too big to use a paci, so this may be the break we need to just go cold turkey. Provided he doesn't end up n my bed every night, of course
Wake up #1 here after 3.5 hours of sleep for DD. I'm happy I just brushed my teeth and went right to sleep when she did, so I got about 3 hours of sleep myself.

Just put her down after wake-up 1 but I'm worried because she didn't poop. It's seriously the first night wake she hasn't, so I hope she's not up in an hour! I need her to sleep until DD wakes up in 3 hours so I can to.
Wake up #1 here at 3:30am. Unfortunately we have to leave for the airport just before 6am and she will likely be hungry just as we arrive at the airport. Hopefully she will make it through security without a meltdown and I can nurse her at the gate. I'm already nervous enough about flying alone with her and this doesn't help.
