I've never heard of these, but I looked them up on amazon and bought a pack to try. I've been using my electric trimmer to get the fuzz off my face and my sideburns. The joys of getting older!
My peach fuzz is blond, so I haven't been doing anything about it. But in the sunlight it sparkles, lol! So I'm thinking it might be more visible than I think it is.
I haven't heard of tinkles, but I've been considering having threading done to get rid of it.

...wait... you're supposed to remove the peach fuzz?
Most of mine is blonde, but I get the random thin black one, a hand full of thick blonde ones and those thick black fuckers that migrated from my eye brows . I pluck those - and check daily.

I have to- my foundation just kind of settles into it and when I'm in natural light I can total see my fur, even though it's blonde. It must go.
I use the pink Philips thing and love it. I tried the tinkles, but ending up cutting myself and getting lots of weird bumps. No such problem either the electric Philips.
