ETA: I'm always shocked at the number of people that get pregnant so easily - it really puts that "20% chance of conceiving" number into perspective, like it's probably 5% for me and 50% for a lot of people....

14 cycles. I started all of the preliminary fertility testing at a year. I got pregnant the first cycle with good timing after my HSG, which is not uncommon.
With #1 I wasn't charting ahead of time because TTC her was a last minute decision after we got FIL's terminal cancer diagnosis. So I immediately started charting and got pregnant that same month. With #2 I charted a few months before I wanted to start and then once we "pulled the goalie" we got pregnant that first month also.
I suppose I should add that it took 20 months and I had actually stopped charting after 12 cycles because I saw an RE at a year and he said I didn't have to keep going. I needed Clomid to get pregnant.
Eta: but I was still tracking CM and taking ovulation tests. I couldn't completely stop, lol.
DS1 we were charting to avoid and failed to be careful enough with observations when moving through 8 time zones messed with my circadian rhythm.
DS2 - 10 cycles. I had a luteal phase deficiency because of breastfeeding that I eventually corrected with B6. I got pregnant the third cycle I was taking the B6, after H was away the entire second cycle.
With J it took 12 cycles to get pregnant the first time. We lost that baby and then it took 2 more cycles.
This was charting, using preseed, eating pinapole core, elevated hips after sex, sex every day, every other day,2x a day, etc. I tried everything! I know many people think acupuncture is crazy but I got pregnant the first cycle I started acupuncture. This was after 11 previous cycles of perfect timing.
