I took hot baths every day of my first pregnancy (we didn't have a shower and I refuse to take a bath that is less than hot). My doctor said to make sure it wasn't so hot that it made me dizzy.
I take really hot baths more or less daily. I was careful not to make the water as hot as I would have liked in the first tri due to the link between hot baths and brain and spinal defects (which, as I understand it, can be a risk even if you don't feel dizzy or uncomfortable). By middle second tri, I went back to hot baths.

After first tri, risk of spina bifida goes down, which I think is the concern (from what I've read, anyhow - I'm not a doctor, just reaaally paranoid, lol). If you're in a bathtub that doesn't keep the water heated, it should cool quickly enough that it isn't a concern. And, yeah, keep a glass of water handy, and obvs if you feel faint, have someone help you get out - don't risk falling.
