We leave for Florida with the in laws at 6:15 tomorrow morning. DD is 14 months and flying as a lap child. Alarm is set for 3:30, every snack, toy, and distraction I can think of are packed in the carry ons, the travel car seat is in its labeled bag with the stroller and a bungee cord to hook them together, and 4 episodes of Sesame Strest plus 2 of Daniel Tiger are downloaded to the kindle. Anything I'm forgetting? Wish us luck!!
Pack a bunch of patience and a good share of "eh, we'll never see them again anyway" and you've got all bases covered!
I always unpack whatever I can and put it in the seat back pocket so it's right at my fingertips when needed. (But don't let her see what you put in there!
Have a great trip! With 4 adults and all of that stuff, you should be just fine.

Oh fantastic tip about putting as much as I can in the seat back pocket! Thank you.
Milk! I flew at 15 months and thought I'd have time to buy milk at the airport.
I brought lollipops but he wasn't interested.
Make sure you let her run around a bit before the flight.
I'm still breastfeeding her so I didn't plan for milk. Do you think I should? I think my sister in law is bringing dum dums for my niece, I'll see if I can steal one from her. I'm hoping she's asleep when we board, I'm planning to wear her once we get to the airport. If she's not though I'll definitely let her run around.

Oh that's okay then. By 15 months my son was really loving his sippy.
