Tonight - potato chip crusted cod, veggies of some sort (frozen or maybe glazed carrots), Parmesan quinoa, fruit
Monday - DH is in charge. He's smoking a turkey breast and making mashed sweet potatoes, salad, cranberry sauce
Tuesday - pork chops with some sort of sauce made from cream of mushroom soup, rice, canned green beans, fruit
Wednesday - dinner at the airport Thursday - dinner at Disney land Friday - dinner at Disney Saturday - probably dinner at red robin (we have a gift card and there is one next to the hotel) Sunday- dinner at Disney
It's not a very inspiring week. Very much a clean the cupboards and freezer week before we go on vacation!

That looks really good! The sriracha cream sauce I normally make is plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, soy sauce, and sriracha, but I want to try this marinade!
