So how does this work as an MLM anyway? I have 1000 things that go, which I believe is an usborne book, and it is amazing. I bought 6 copies of it and have been giving them out at birthday parties for a year. I haven't been able to find other ones in bookstores though. Where can I browse their selection? They have one called 1000 animals that I want but can't find.

Answering just because I just had my party as @callmefia said. As a hostess you basically earn free and half off books based off the sales. And then you earn more discounted/free for every party booked from yours. The consultant gets X amount based off sales.
They have a U.S. Based website, but there is a specific link for the party you want to buy from.
I'm Ususlly anti MLM but kids books are my weakness. pugz introduced me to Usborne last year because she had a party. My friend is a new consultant now so that's why I finally decided to have one.
Silly question- do you have access to the whole Usborne global catalogue or just their books in English? The thing I love about Usborne is that they offer the same titles across different languages. DS is especially into the "That's not my..." Series and I would like a couple of them in Spanish.
anna7602 Books of Wonder also sells a large selection of Usborne books. Maybe check there? I think they have a fairly decent selection of books in other languages.
I haven't done scholastic since I was a kid, but I think this is perhaps more $$ and better quality than I remember from scholastic.
They have a big range of books and I really only looked at the younger books. I think most are going to be hard bound. There is definitely a catalog for older kids too. They also have some activity books and I was scoping out Christmas books. There are some Christmasy books to find stuff in (I saw it compared to where's Waldo).
My girls love the sticker dress up dolly books. They are $9 and keep them entertained for hours getting the stickers situated on the girls and then accessorized. I know they have more boy themed ones as well.
