Ugh, still no rent renewal letter

I posted a few weeks ago asking when a normal time frame to receive our renewal letter would be. We have to give 30 days notice before our lease is up. That date is 8/31, next Friday. I still haven't received our renewal rate and our property manager keeps saying "hopefully today, we're waiting on it to come from corporate.". She is giving attitude like its no big deal, but I'm getting mad. There's nothing in our lease stating when they have to give it to us. I wish there was something I could do. I just get more furious each day that passes because she acts like we are inconveniencing her for inquiring about it.
