I followed amaranth and made a plan for the rest of the month. Of course we were out of town today so I need to rework it a bit. I'll post mine in the morning.

We need to get a few things for the week. We have a frozen meal, frozen burritos, Pasta Roni (which we had one of tonight) and some pork in the freezer. I'm not sure what I want to do with the pork yet. We have to run to Target anyways tomorrow so I think we will pick up a few things on sale. We also need lunch stuff. I never know what to bring for lunch. We usually don't make enough food for leftovers and sandwiches get boring. I'm not much of a salad person either. I dunno, we will figure something out! Even if we get premade meal things, it's still cheaper than going out! We've been pretty good other than giving in and going to McDonald's once last week. Anyways, enough rambling, I'll try to post it tomorrow!
We have breakfast sandwiches and smoothies for breakfast this week. H does salami sandwiches and I'll do either pbj or lean cuisines from the last of our freezer stash for lunches. Dinners are one of the following all week: burgers, chicken steaks and sides, or frozen pizza.

So many leftovers in my fridge. I have extra hamburger patties, goulash, fish, and I had already bought deli ham for sandwiches and omelets for lunch this week. Easy week for me.
I also plan to have leftovers when I cook. I made a batch of goulash on Sunday planning for it to last 2 meals for all of us. When I make chili I'm planning two meals plus freezing leftovers for another meal later.
Also, I'm working on making anything I can on the weekends to make it easier through the week. We'll see how this month long plan goes!
Almost all of my meals this week are from hello fresh. We get the delivery of it on Fridays and we were busy all weekend so I didn't use any of them. I also had one leftover from my last delivery. For lunch I baked a ton of chicken and sweet potatoes for me and my H. Breakfast is almost always oatmeal.
