Hmmmm I could be in for this. I don't think I'll be getting a lot of miles in any discipline but it could motivate me to do some of each over the winter!
I might be down to try it. I don't swim, but I'll be easing back into running come the beginning of the year once this baby shows up. And I might be tempted to try some biking, but it would most definitely be at the gym on a stationary one.
I don't swim (I mean I know how, but I don't) but I do run and my ILs gave us some bikes I need to try out so I can maybe log a few miles on a bike once I get a helmet.
You also have to pay for USAT membership. It's like $40.
Because the rules indicate that you compete for your club. Like, your club is your team. I'm registered without a club, so the rules say that I'd be put on the NCC team and ineligible for team prizes, just individual ones.
The National Challenge Competition (NCC) is designed to get triathletes excited about off-season training at the club level. Tri Clubs across the country go head-to-head to see who can log the most training miles during the competition.
