I have already decided that I will NOT be when we go in a couple weeks. Too many exciting foods to try; I just want to enjoy them rather than trying to figure out how many calories are in a fried Oreo.
I will not be tracking what I eat at the fair. I am just going to try and not get things to eat just for myself - if I want to try something, I have to find someone who will share with me. Have fun!
I'm going to the state fair Saturday and no effing way am I putting anything I eat in there. T keeps talking about finding different fried foods to try.
I've been fretting about this very thing. I'm still going to track; I'm just prepared to be horrified. It will, I think, stop me from eating some things "just because." I'll save the calories for only the best fried crap! And cooooooookieeeeeeees.
Do this. Blowing it off entirely is much more damaging than just deciding you are going to have one "treat" food and eat chicken and corn on the cob otherwise.
