I do my weigh in on Mondays and this Mon, after a really good week (almost perfect) I lost 3.2 lbs! woohoo! I tend to have a good drop the first week back on track, the hard part is to keep it going. I know this week is going to be rough, I am pretty much hoping to just not gain.
I need to get back into a groove with going to the gym, I only made it once last week and once so far this week (but planning to go on Friday too)
Going to the gym has been a success. I have definitely made it a priority. It helps that it is so close. No excuses.
I do need to make more of an effort to work abs at home too. I think next week I am going to introduce the push up program I started before Christmas last year but only did for 2 weeks. That will help me too.
Food I would say I have improved about 20%. Definitely a lot of room to grow.
I'm going to try to make homemade hummus tomorrow to maybe save some money on buying it. It's such a good filling healthy snack with veggies.
