Food to take tubing down a river

We have friends coming this weekend and the 4 of us (plus other ppl are meeting us there) are tubing down a river saturday. I'm trying to come up with foods to take with us. Here is what I was thinking:

Pepperoni rolls
waters
watermelon or other fruit
pretzels
carrots
cucumbers

anything else? Im worried that the wraps won't last with the dressing, but Im not sure what else would be good. Any ideas?

We usually just take snacks, typically chips and fruit. We eat lunch before we go out.

I love tubing down rivers and have actually never brought food. Only booze. LOL.

I think that's great food. I'm sure the wraps will be fine. I'm assuming you'll have a cooler.

We would, but this place is kinda in the middle of no where and it takes a few hours to float down, so we pack a cooler and eat/drink on the river

We do a weekend float trip every year (float all day Saturday)

We take lots, and lots of beer. And then some more.
Also some sodas and bottled water
Sandwiches in individual ziploc baggies
Bag of bags of chips like this - extra protection against water

Junk like Twizzlers and Double Stuff Oreos - usually only indulge in it on float trip weekend.

You want stuff that can be packed in baggies - nothing in tupperware or breakable containers. So, watermelon for example would definitely be out, unless you're bringing it to eat at a campsite.

For the wraps I'd skip mixing the stuff in the dressing. Mix the stuff, drizzle on the ranch, then wrap. I would add something sweet/
