How does this work exactly? Does one person collect all the names and addresses, and then you only see the address of the person who you're assigned to?

Last year it was all done via Elfster (I think that is the name of the site). Once you're matched with your SS, only they can see your address.
I was a newbie to the exchange last year and it worked out fine. I wasn't skin suited nor was I signed up for junk mail for the rest of the year
