HoneySpider Yogurt! It says it's "Aussie style" yogurt, whatever that means. It's pretty rich and sweet so it's more of a treat than an everyday thing around our house. The pumpkin is on the bottom, it's almost like pumpkin pie filling. Yum.

brfst, bagel and reduced c.cheese
lunch - I'm going to attempt to eat my left over orecchiette w/spicy sausage and broccolini from my dinner out on Saturday. When the waitress asked me if I wanted pepper flakes on my food, she said it would give it just a little kick, I said sure. UM, no, the chef who prepared the sausage must have been heavy handed with the spice when he made the sausage that w/the red pepper on top of the food made nose run from the heat.

So far, coffee and a bagel energy bar thing from Costco.
Raisin bran while I drive to DH's work, friend is making egg bagel sandwiches for lunch, a banana and apple as snacks, and chicken tortilla soup for dinner.
Breakfast was a banana, Yoplait yogurt, and some frosted mini wheats. For lunch, I plan to have pita with hummus and a salad. Dinner - baked chicken and roasted butternut squash.
