Mind Blown-Nordstrom Returns

Was I the only person that didn't know you can return Nordstrom items at Nordstrom Rack? Simple joys.

I did not know that. I did know you can return Hautelook purchases to the Rack though.

That's not right for all locations. I tried returning 2 Nordstrom items to a Rack by me and they wouldn't take them. I had to bring to Nordstrom.

I wonder if it is dependent on having both a Rack and Nordstrom in close proximity? We have Nordstrom but we do not have a Rack.

I find it depends on the sales person. Some say it's not big deal and other's won't do it.

I agree with others, it really depends on your sales person. I bought some jeans from the Rack and forgotten thats where they came from. I took them to Nordstrom (so going the opposite direction) and they happily returned them for me. I was embarrassed though.

I've had no problem returning Nordstroms to the Rack, but I had an issue the other way around.

My first thought when I read this was how they are right next door, not in the opposite direction haha! Clearly I spend way too much time at PM to have the geography pop into my head immediately!

I'm with you on that! I kept telling her how embarrassed I was and that I would more than happily take it across the street but she wouldn't have it. I was so thankful! I had all three girls with me and might have appeared a tad worn out. She said, it's absolutely no problem, you have better things to do than drag all your girls outside and into the car and over there just to get them all out again. She must have been an angel now that I think of it. Lol!
