Anyone else here because they can't sleep?

I slept got about 3 hours and now I can't fall back to sleep. I just ate a bagged Cesar salad and aim watching the Dateline shows about people who kill. Maybe I should switch to Barny to of that will lull me back to sleep.

I am drinking wine and watching tv. It is only 1130 here and I usually sleep until 9am

2:30 here but I might skip work tomorrow. I feel like packing my office by myself should count as double time. Hopefully J and My DH will let me sleep in a bit tomorrow.

I watching World's dumbest and eating a pb&j. I just put E down for the night so hopefully he will sleep so I can soon.

One thirty here. I'm usually up this late, but especially tonight because I had a long day and both kids were up until after eleven. We're all going to sleep in tomorrow

I'll have to try that. It might work better than a group of teens who killed their 80 something year old nap.

I suggest putting down the computer and picking up a dull book. I find there is something about electronics (computers or television) that increase my insomnia. Speaking of which - I should get off here and try to sleep.

I'm also normally up this late. I also normally keep E up until close to now so that he lets H get a small nap in the morning before I leave for work.
