Mon- Chili and cornbread Tue- Scalloped Potatoes and Ham, Salad Wed- Leftovers Thur- Enchilada Casserole, Kale Smoothies Fri/Sat- I'm gone, hubby will eat out Sun- Pumpkin Sage Ravioli, Brussel Sprouts
Extras: -This week I'm also making homemade applesauce and hoping to package them in freezer pouches for M -Homemade Granola Bars (Planning to try this for the first time with a few alterations: www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/chewy-granola-bars) -Chocolate Chip Cookies (to freeze)
This week is all easy stuff, due to being at a professional conference all day one day, and then late days at work for parent conferences.
Mon- frozen pizza Tues- chicken stir fry and rice Wed- Tacos Thurs- H will finish off the tacos, I'll grab something at 9 pm after conferences Fri- frozen pizza

@moonbeam do you have a recipe for the split pea soup? Even though my H would probably never eat it!
Today - Pot roast and veggies Tuesday - leftovers Wednesday - I'm OOT. H will be eating a frozen meal. Thursday - BBQ at a fundraising dinner Friday - pasta

I skip the sugar and pepper, but I do add a bit of dry basil. It tastes fine with extra water instead of the vegetable stock, if you don't have it. H wants to try adding ham to it at some point. This soup is really hearty and filling.

I never tried freezing it - I don't really have experience freezing most foods. I hope you like it!
